Immune Deficiency Foundation: Treatment Experiences and Preferences of Patients with Primary Immune Deficiency Diseases
A summary report: In 2002, the Immune Deficiency Foundation conducted a survey of more than 1,200 patients suffering from Primary Immune Deficiency. Patients reported their experiences with different IGIV products in the areas of efficacy, tolerability, pathogen safety and convenience.
The result: Patients recognize there are differences between IGIV products and they identified significant needs that current IGIV therapies are not meeting.
